The first day of the school year witnessed a congregation of teachers and students at SUIS Gubei, which buzzed with excitement and anticipation. Familiar faces mingled with new ones, creating an atmosphere brimming with enthusiasm. The start of this promising year brings us together as one SUIS Gubei family, igniting a sense of anticipation within our hearts.
新学年开学第一天，教师与学子们齐聚在协和古北校区。校园里满是问候声，洋溢着期待的氛围，熟悉的面孔与新面孔交织在一起，营造出热情洋溢的气氛。在这充满希望的一年开启之际，作为协和古北这个大家庭的一员，我们满怀热切的期待。
The Principal of SUIS Gubei, Bright Liu, and the Academic Principal, Mr Rick Spadafora, delivered opening speeches for the new students. While welcoming each new student, they encouraged the students to maintain enthusiasm, explore bravely, cooperate actively and gain valuable life experiences during their upcoming study careers.
协和古北校长刘炜先生以及学术校长 Rick Spadafora 先生，为新生们带来了开学演讲。在对每一位新生表示热烈欢迎的同时，他们殷切鼓励学生们要始终保持学习热情，勇于大胆探索，积极开展合作，期望同学们能在接下来的学习生涯中收获宝贵的人生经验。
To ensure a smooth start to the semester, SUIS Gubei reconvened for a week of staff induction, including the professional development, and preparation for the new school year starting from August 18th. The new prefects team in Grade 11 who met for training with the four new Head Prefects from Grade 12.
为确保顺利开学，协和古北开展了为期一周的教师培训，制定了教师专业发展规划，并同时推进新学年的各项准备事宜。学生会团队也在开学前进行了培训会议。
During the summer vacation, with the support of Xiehe Education, SUIS Gubei has repaired the school buildings and renovated the teaching grounds, and will present a new look to teachers and students at home and abroad.
在协和教育的大力支持下，学校对校园进行了改造，包括教学楼走廊、教室、中华文化教室等的修缮，同时将全部学生饮水机进行了更换，力求以焕然一新的面貌迎接中外师生的到来。
