Last week, SUIS Gubei held the final flag-raising ceremony of this academic year. Mr Lee, the Deputy Head and Director of Studies, imparted valuable advice on “Summer Plans” with the students, and the House Champions of this academic year were also announced on that day.
上周,协和古北举行了本学年的最后一次升旗仪式。校区副主管兼学术主管Mr Lee先生就即将到来的“暑期计划”向全体同学发表了富有指导意义的讲话,并提出了宝贵的建议。与此同时,经过一学年的激烈角逐与比拼,备受全校师生瞩目的本学年House冠军也于当日正式揭晓,为整个学年画上了圆满的句号。

了解当地规定——无论是地方法规、交通规则还是活动准则,提前做好功课。
重视安全装备——尝试新运动或冒险时,确保有适当的设备和专业指导。
- Digital Awareness 数字安全
– Stay smart online—verify who you’re interacting with and never share personal details.
– Be skeptical of requests for money—scammers often target students. When in doubt, double-check.
保持网络清醒——核实网友身份,切勿泄露个人信息。
警惕金钱请求——学生常成为诈骗目标,遇到可疑情况务必再三确认。
- Emotional Awareness 情绪管理
– Stay calm under pressure—panic clouds judgment. Take a breath and assess the situation.
– Prepare for the unexpected—have backup plans and remain flexible.
– Manage stress—a clear mind helps you make better decisions.
遇事保持冷静——慌乱会影响判断,深呼吸后再评估局势。
做好应急预案——制定备用计划,保持灵活应变。

暑假心理健康小贴士


Aim for 8–9 hours nightly. If you stay up late occasionally, compensate with a 20-minute nap—not 3-hour marathons.
保证睡眠:争取每晚睡够8-9小时。如果偶尔熬夜,用20分钟的午睡来补充精力——而不是睡3个小时的长觉。
Set one screen-free hour daily (e.g., 7–8 PM) for walks, sketching, or cooking. Let your mind wander freely.
屏幕休息时间:每天设定1小时无屏幕时间(例如晚上7-8点),用于散步、画画或烹饪。让你的思绪自由徜徉。
Cap social media/gaming at 2 hours/day (use phone’s Digital Wellbeing features).
限制娱乐时间:将社交媒体/游戏时间限制在每天2小时以内(可使用手机的“数字健康/数字健康管理”功能)。
